About Mr. Dosland: 35 years banking experience, retiring as chief financial officer in 2017. 26 years Army National Guard, retiring as lieutenant colonel in 2006. Commanded an infantry battalion deployed to Iraq, 2004-05. Two years experience teaching at college level. Married, father of two sons and one daughter. Eldest son is attack helicopter pilot for US Army. Youngest son is in the Army Reserve and attending UW-Whitewater (Accounting). Daughter is attending UW-Madison (Chemistry/Pharmacy).
