Romans 12:15 states, "Rejoice with those who rejoice", and the Living Word community proudly rejoices with the accomplishments of many fall athletic teams so far.  Most notably:

The volleyball team not only locked up a conference championship, but earned a Regional Championship this past Saturday against Lake Country Lutheran.  They look to continue their run on Thursday in the first round of sectional play at host Sheboygan Lutheran beginning at 7pm. 

The football team earned a #2 seed in their Division 7 State Playoff Pool and heads to Portage to compete against Rio at 7pm, October 26th. 

Individually, Junior Ben Rennicke was awarded the Journal Sentinel Preps Plus Scholar Athlete of the Week.  Click here to watch the clip of Ben and Living Word from TMJ4's broadcast. 

The boys cross country team sent a state qualifier in Senior David Rutkowski to the Division 4 State Meet on Saturday, October 30th at Wisconsin Rapids. 

Finally, the girls cross country team experienced unprecedented success with a Girls Sectional Championship.  The team (pictured below from left to right senior Taylor Brown; freshmen Katie Ziemann, Lauren Weiss, and Stephanie Rutkowski; sophomore Becca Gosselin, and Coach Staub) will compete in the Division 4 State Meet on Saturday, October 30th at Wisconsin Rapids.
