The Timberwolf athletes continued to honor their Lord with their athletic talents throughout the weekend.  Various championships were earned throughout competition on Friday and Saturday.

Coming off of back-to-back conference titles, the girls' volleyball team completed back-to-back regional championships with a 25-22, 25-17, 25-14 sweep of the Lake Country Lightening on Saturday night.  They continue in Sectional play on Thursday at Sheboygan Lutheran, 7pm.  If they advance Thursday, the sectional final will be held Saturday night, 7pm, at Lake Country Lutheran against the winner of Burlington Catholic Central and Central Wisconsin Christian. 

 

Also tearing up the competition were the Cross Country Girls team.  Finishing the season as back-to-back sectional champions with all 5 varsity runners finishing in the top 20.  The girls head to the state finals to be held at Ridges Golf Club in Wisconsin Rapids.  The meet is scheduled for an 11am start on Saturday, October 29. 

 

 

 

Finally, the varsity football team earned the schools first ever playoff victory in a 14-6 victory over Johnson Creek on Friday night.  The Wolves were tied 6-6 as they took over possession with just over 7 minutes remaining in the game.  The team buckled down and capped a 7-minute drive with a Jake Wunder touchdown.  The T-Wolves look to continue their success in level two on Saturday against the Lake Country Lightening.  The kickoff is set for 1pm at Concordia University.
