The Timberwolves got off to a hot start outscoring Lake Country 14 to 4 in the first quarter. The Timberwolves ended up short-handed with forward Kellen Batiansila out for the game with an ankle injury. The quick start disolved quickly as the Lightning fought back to take a 1 point half time lead. The late surge came when the T-Wolves trailed by 9 in the 4th fighting back to tie the game late in the quarter. After Lake Country took a 2 point lead, Andrew Borresen hit a 3 pointer with 12 seconds remaining to secure the victory for the T-Wolves. Noah Kegley led the way with 22 points including 4 of 6 from downtown. Ryan Hauser led the team in rebounding with 7.  The Wolves hope to continue their winning ways on Tuesday at home against Horicon.
