The Timberwolves jumped out to a strong start Thursday night against a division 3 school and conference favorite St. Johns Military. The boys gritted through a tough first quarter ending with a 12-12 tie. However, a 24-8 and 21-6 second and third quarter proved way too much for the Timberwolves as they fell to the Lancers 71-47. Andrew Borresen led the way in scoring with 16 points. The Timberwolves continue conference play on Saturday against Wayland Academy.
