The Timberwolves put together a late fourth quarter surge that gave them the opportunity to tie the game holding the last possesion of regulation. Heritage Christian's tough defense overwhelmed the Wolves on the possesion though as Junior Ben Rennicke missed a three-point attempt as time expired and the Patriots made away with a 46-43 victory. The fourth quarter comeback attempt was led by Andrew Borresen who scored 10 of his 17 in the fourth. The lack of rebounding in the first half proved to be a major difference in the outcome of the game as the Wolves were outrebounded 22-9 in the first two frames. Andrew Borresen led the game in scoring with 17 while Ben Rennicke chipped in 13 in the losing effort.
