LADY T-WOLVES CONQUER CAMPBELLSPORT INVITATIONAL
    The Living Word Lutheran High School girls cross country team conquered another course on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the Campbellsport Invitational.  This was the third straight meet title in two weeks for the girls.  Equally impressive was that the victory came against division two teams including Sheboygan Falls, Campbellsport, Winneconne, and others.
    The girls placed five runners in the top 13 cruising to an easy victory.  Becca Gosselin pretty much led from start to finish to capture another individual championship.  She beat last year’s course record.  Meanwhile, Stephanie Rutkowski surged in the end passing three runners to grab third overall.  Lauren Weiss, Katie Ziemann, and Rachel Gosselin rounded out the other medal winners.  Also notable was the T-wolf sixth runner, Emilie Wipperfurth, who ran a PR and finished as the sixth varsity runner.  In the Junior Varsity race, Jamie Heberer earned a spot on varsity with a strong effort there.

T-WOLVES HOLD THEIR OWN AGAINST DIVISION TWO FOES
    The Living Word Lutheran High School boys cross country earned a fourth place finish on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the Campbellsport Invitational.  This meet contained mostly division two teams making their effort noteworthy.  Improvement is seen, and all their coaches feel their best race is still ahead of them.
    Zach Ziemann started out in twelfth place but then moved up and captured third place.  Senior Johann Hinck managed to stay ahead of surging Caleb Ashebrook to name the other medal winners.  Matt Rosenheimer made a wrong turn and opened the door for freshman Chase Uden to get past him.  Junior varsity runner, Garrett Stremski caught and then dueled varsity runner, Austin Meier, right to the end and finished with a personal best.  Stremski has been far and away the most improved this season and is turning heads going into the conference meet.
