Shooting just 21 percent from the field with only 3 players scoring for Living Word, the Timberwolves fell to conference opponent Brookfield Academy 36-24 Tuesday night.  Sarah Meinert scored 10 of the 24 with Chanel Stelmachowicz adding 8 and Taylor Luce the final 6.  The Timberwolves showed another tough defensive effort in holding the conference leading scorer, Emilie Pesch, to just 9 points.  "In the third quarter, we had numerous chances to cut into the lead, but we could not finish," stated Coach Stelmachowicz.  "We were 1-for-12 in that quarter."   The Timberwolves look to pick up their scoring on Thursday against University School.
