Re-Enrollment Process

Re-Enrollment for current families must be completed for next school year.

In preparation for the 2021-2022 school year at Living Word, please take time now to complete your child's re-enrollment for next year. The following email contains very important information about re-enrollment, School Choice and financial aid, so please read through carefully to help make this process as smooth as possible.  Should you have questions, please contact me at

1. All families are required to re-enroll online for the 2021-22 school year.  To complete the re-enrollment process, please follow the directions below. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.  It is best for you to complete the re-enrollment process as soon as possible.  In order to select classes, you will have to be re-enrolled.  During this process, you will also have the opportunity to select a tuition payment plan. 

To Complete the Re-Enrollment Process:

  • Log in your FACTS Account 

  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.

  • After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.

  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

  • There is a $100 re-enrollment fee.  If you re-enroll before April 16, 2021, the re-enrollment fee will be credited towards tuition.

  • Families who are applying through the Wisconsin or Milwaukee Choice Programs are not required to pay this fee, or select a tuition payment plan. Please contact me to have this fee waived and bypass you from selecting a tuition payment plan.

When you select a tuition payment plan, you will have the option of selecting one annual payment, two annual payments, or monthly payments.  For payment options, you are able to input a credit card (which has a processing fee) or your banking information (no processing fee).  All families must pay tuition online through FACTS.

2. The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) or Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) application is now open as well.  For families applying through the WPCP, the application period is February 1 - April 20.  The MPCP application period is February 2021 - August 2021.  The MPCP application opens the 1st of each month and closes on the 20th.  You will need to send in a residency verification document (water, electric bill, etc) and income verification document (1040 Form).  These documents can be scanned and emailed to me or brought into the school office to make a copy. 

To apply for the Choice Program:

  • Go to the Wisconsin DPI Private School Choice website

  • Log into your Choice account

  • Complete the application and select "Living Word Lutheran High School" when prompted

  • Submit proper verification documentation to school

3. Finally, the LWLHS Financial Aid application is also open and the Aid application period is February 1 - April 16.  We are committed to making the Living Word experience affordable to everyone, so please apply for Financial Aid as soon as possible.

  • Open the FACTS Grant & Aid application 

  • The Grant & Aid application requires a seperate log-in from your FACTS ParentsWeb account.  You are able to use the same username & password, but you will have to create a new Grant & Aid account if you did not do so last year.
