  • Refunds will only be given for registration cancellations prior to the 2 weeks before camp starts.  Partial refunds will be considered under "special" circumstances, such as a family emergency or an unexpected hospitalization of the camper.  There will be a $10 processing fee for any cancelled camp.

  • Camps are subject to cancellation due to insufficient attendance numbers. We do everything in our power to not cancel any of our camps. However, it is up to Living Word's discretion if and when camps will be canceled. In the event a camp is canceled, you will be notified via email, and a FULL refund will be given.
