About:

I grew up in Joliet, Illinois and am in my seventh year at Living Word. I love being able to share the human story of God's creation with students in the classroom. Outside of school, I love spending time traveling with my family. My wife and I are HUGE baseball fans and have made it our goal to visit every MLB ballpark. I love reading, golf, and cheering on my Cubs and Bears.

Favorite Bible Verse:

Matthew 6:33 - But seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Therefore, I tell you, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Why do you value being part of Living Word and it's school community?

The greatest blessing about being in the Living Word community is the people. I get to work with exceptional educators who know God and love imparting their faith into the hearts and minds of young people. Getting to work with students who live out their faith and be supported in the community by parents, alumni, and friends of Living Word makes me feel proud to be part of something so much greater than myself. This place is truly worthy of the word community.
