Instructions for a Recent Teacher or School Administrator

If you have received this link, the student who has sent this to you is applying to Living Word Lutheran High School. As part of our admissions process, we require a current teacher or school administrator to fill out this recommendation for the student applicant.

The teacher or administrator can complete the form in one of two ways:
